This Ain’t Junk!

Doing a little research for the upcoming “This Ain’t Junk” Repurposing Competition and found this clever re-use of an old CD spindle.

Perfect!  Now to dig into my project. I’ve had some experience knitting old plastic bags to make a sweet, sturdy beach bag and of course the ultimate re-purpose of cow poo into novelty paper!

So now what?? I think it’s time to dive into all the nooks & crannies of good “junk” Savannah has to offer. Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore, Salvation Army, and the Universe Trading Company. Sure to find many treasures along the way… stay tuned.
